Counts visits and shows which pages are read and how fast they load. It sends Cloudflare the page address, the page you came from, your browser and device type and page loading times. Neither cookie holds anything except the value shown (el/en, granted/denied), and neither is used to recognise or track you or shared with anyone.
If Cloudflare, which hosts the website, detects suspicious traffic, it may show a security check and set a short-lived security cookie (for example cf_clearance). Such cookies are strictly necessary to protect the website and are not used for any other purpose.
3. Your choice
When you first visit, a notice asks whether we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics. Allow and Decline are equally easy, and the website works fully either way. Until you allow it, the analytics script is not loaded.
You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, the script is no longer loaded from the next page on. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the use made before it.
The legal basis for analytics is your consent (art. 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006 and art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The lang and consent cookies fall under the exemption for storage that is strictly necessary for a service you asked for (art. 4(5) of Law 3471/2006).
4. What we do not use
We use no advertising, social media or cross-site tracking cookies or scripts, no fingerprinting and no local storage. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no font provider is contacted. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before using anything that requires it.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Deleting the consent cookie means we will ask you again. The website works fully without any cookies.
