- The contact form. Your name, email address and a description of what you would like to build or improve, plus your company name and phone number if you choose to give them. If you email or call us directly, we receive what you send us in the same way.
- Technical data. When you visit the website, Cloudflare, which hosts it, processes technical data such as your IP address, the pages requested and browser details, in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.

It sets no cookies and does not follow you across other websites. We see only overall figures, never individual visitors.
- Cookies. A cookie for your language choice and one for your analytics choice. See the Cookie Policy.
We do not collect special categories of data (such as health data) and ask you not to send them through the form.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means, including profiling, and we do not use your data for marketing unless you ask us to.
4. Do you have to give us your data?
No. Using the form is voluntary, and you can email or call us instead. If you use it, your name, email address and description are needed so we can understand your request and reply; without them the form cannot be sent. Company name and phone number are optional. Analytics is entirely optional.
5. Who receives it
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, handles the requests it receives, provides Web Analytics (if you allow it) and routes email sent to our @aaautomations.com addresses to our mailbox.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers the contact form by email to [email protected].
- Google (Gmail) provides the mailbox that stores the messages reaching [email protected], whether you write to us directly or through the form.
They act as processors on our behalf, only on our instructions and under their data processing terms. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a court or a tax authority. We do not sell, rent or otherwise commercialise personal data.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare, Resend and Google are companies based in, or with parent companies in, the United States, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR), for providers certified under it, and otherwise on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards at [email protected].

- Inquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months of our last exchange.

- Analytics figures are kept by Cloudflare in aggregated form under its own terms.
- Cookies last as stated in the Cookie Policy.
8. How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The contact form sends your message straight to our mailbox; it is not stored on the website. Only the company has access to the mailbox.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To use any of these rights, email [email protected] and mark the request as a privacy matter. We will reply within one month, as the GDPR requires, and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
