AAAutomations I.K.E. is a small, new software studio in Marousi, Athens. We build software, we build the websites that present it, we make sure both can be found in search, and we do hardware-level engineering when a product needs it.
The first two services are the core. Software means web applications, SaaS platforms, internal tools and APIs. Websites means fast company sites, redesigns and migrations. Both come from the same codebase habits, the same hosting and the same testing, so a web app and its marketing site do not feel like two suppliers’ work.
How do the services fit together?
A typical sequence looks like this.
- An app needs a front door. A SaaS product or a portal needs a public site that explains it and ranks for the right searches.
- A site needs search work. SEO and AI search starts from the structure of the site itself: prerendered pages, clean URLs, structured data. It is much cheaper to build that in than to fix it later.
- Some products need hardware or data work. Engineering covers FPGA, embedded firmware, IoT and data pipelines. Most of our documented work there is academic or R&D, and we say so.
How does a project usually start?
- A short call. You tell us the goal, who will use the result and what limits you have, such as budget, deadline or existing systems.
- A written scope. We write down what will be built, what will not, and what we need from you. You get a fixed quote for that scope.
- Design before build. Architecture, screens and content are agreed first. Then we build in small steps you can follow and review.
- Launch and run. We launch carefully, with monitoring, backups and SEO in place from the first day. After that we can host and maintain it.
We do not publish prices or delivery times, because they depend on the scope. We also have no client case studies to show yet. What we can show is Kommo, Forkly and Mesito, three products we designed, built and run ourselves.
What should you bring to the first call?
Bring the problem, not the solution. A sentence such as ‘our bookings live in spreadsheets and two people re-type them’ is more useful than a feature list. If you already have a site, an app or a list of competitors, bring those too.
