Mesito: a map-first CRM for real-estate offices

Mesito is a CRM we built for real-estate offices. It puts properties and buyer requests on one map, matches them automatically, and handles showings with e-signature, with an AI assistant that works in Greek.

Mesito is a map-first CRM for real-estate offices, built and run by us. It is live as a web app at app.mesito.gr. It is installable as a PWA on phones and desktops, and its interface is Greek first, with English available.

Who is Mesito for, and what problem does it solve?

Estate agents juggle properties, owners, buyers, showings and paperwork across spreadsheets, calendars, chat apps and portals. Mesito puts that into one tool built around the map, because location is how real estate is searched.

How does it work for agents?

  • One map. Properties and client requests appear on the same map of Athens, with priced pins and a list beside it.
  • Matching. When a property or a request is added, the system matches buyers and tenants automatically and shows new matches in a “Today” view.
  • Showings. An agent plans a showing with the visitor, the properties in order, a map, the date and time. The system produces a Greek showing-order PDF. The visitor signs electronically and leaves feedback afterwards.
  • Assistant. An AI assistant, built on the Claude API, answers questions about the office’s own data in Greek.

How does it work for buyers and offices?

Clients get a portal. An office can add a widget to its own website. Offices can also be grouped into networks. Each office keeps its own data separate.

What is the notable engineering?

  • Data isolation. Mesito is multi-tenant. PostgreSQL row-level security makes the database enforce separation per office, which is the strongest place to enforce it. See our approach to multi-tenant SaaS.
  • Maps and geodata. PostgreSQL with PostGIS stores locations. MapLibre GL draws the map. Greek areas and transit data are built in.
  • Documents. PDFs in the formats Greek offices actually use.
  • Background jobs. pg-boss workers run matching and notifications. Push notifications reach phones through the PWA.
  • Greek AI. The assistant works in Greek rather than being translated afterwards.

What is its status?

The web app is live. mesito.gr itself is only a sign-in page today, and public marketing pages are still to come. We do not publish customer or usage numbers here.

What does Mesito show about how we build for clients?

It shows that we can deliver a complex business system: many offices on one platform, a map at its centre, official documents, and an AI feature that is useful rather than decorative. To discuss something similar, see custom software and SaaS, our web application work or the other products.

Questions we get asked

Is Mesito live?

Yes. The web app runs at app.mesito.gr. The public mesito.gr address currently leads to the sign-in page, so this page is the main public description for now.

Can an office see another office's data?

No. PostgreSQL row-level security enforces the separation in the database for each office, not only in the screens.

Does the assistant work in Greek?

Yes. It is built on the Claude API and works in Greek, so agents can ask questions about their own properties and requests in their language.

Can you build a CRM for another industry?

Yes. Mesito shows how we approach a map-based, multi-office CRM. We would adapt the data and workflow to your industry and give a fixed quote after a short call.

Tell us what you want to build.

A product, a website, a search problem or a system that should work better. We reply with a plain answer and the first step.
